Hreinn Friðfinnsson
For the past 50 years, Hreinn Friðfinnsson (1943, Iceland - 2024, Amsterdam) has been celebrated for his lyrical and poetic use of everyday objects. His work investigates our understanding of time and the world around us. He was a natural storyteller, and his vocabulary, underscored by a delicate sense of humour, playfully combined a sense of narrative with perceptual ploys.
